A folding wheelchair may be accepted with advance contact. For Tokyo-Kansai, tell the reservation center by 17:00 the day before; electric wheelchairs are not accepted on this route.

Skis / snowboardNot accepted

Skis and snowboards are not accepted in the Keihanshin-route trunk.

PetNot accepted

Pets are not accepted in the trunk. Small caged pets may be allowed only on eligible daytime cabin services, not as a general overnight rule; assistance dogs ride in the cabin.

Restricted or prohibited itemsMobile batteries must remain in the cabin. Items outside the route-specific table can be refused.
