One trunk item per passenger, under 155 cm total dimensions and light enough for one person to lift. Grancia First accepts up to two qualifying items.

BicycleCheck the rule

Normally prohibited, including folding bicycles. Grancia and Aquastar Tokyo-Osaka services may accept a folding bicycle with a signed acceptance form; substitute vehicles may not.

StrollerCheck the rule

No separate published rule; it must fit the applicable cabin or trunk limits.

WheelchairNot accepted

Passengers cannot remain in a wheelchair. A folding manual wheelchair can go in the trunk; electric wheelchairs are not accepted.

Skis / snowboardNot accepted

Not accepted in the trunk.

Pets are not accepted in the cabin or trunk; assistance dogs require advance contact.

Restricted or prohibited itemsDangerous, corrosive, odorous or dirty items and items that may harm passengers or the vehicle are prohibited. Mobile batteries must stay in the cabin.
